What we process, and why

Visiting the site. Our host processes standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). The site sets no tracking cookies by default.

Analytics & marketing (only with consent). We set no non-essential cookies or tags until you opt in via our banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; § 25(1) TDDDG). Google tags additionally run under Consent Mode v2, defaulting to “denied” until you accept. You can accept, reject, choose per category, and withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings. Outbound links. Items link to third-party publishers. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Processors & recipients

We use service providers under data-processing agreements. Hosting/CDN: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare, Inc., USA — certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; server logs are processed to deliver and secure the site). The following measurement/marketing providers receive data only after your consent:

International transfers

Beyond hosting (see above), the site sets no non-essential tags by default and transfers no further personal data outside the EU/EEA. Any future transfer will be disclosed here with its Art. 46 GDPR safeguard.

Retention

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security. Your cookie-consent choice is stored on your device for at most 12 months, after which we ask again.

Your rights
